Seafood Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. blackened spice (we like Bayou Magic)
    1 1/2 lb. large shrimp (you may substitute chicken)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
    1 cream cheese (4 oz.)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. angel hair pasta or thin noodles
    1 pkg. Louis Rich faux crab
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms (optional), sauteed in garlic butter
Preparation
    Cook pasta and have ready to serve. Melt butter and sauteed onions. Add blackened spice, shrimp and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring twice. Cut cream cheese into 4 pieces and add to shrimp mixture. Add crab and mushrooms NOW. Cover for 1 minute and then stir until cheese is smooth. Add sour cream and continue to stir. Serve over pasta.
