Sweet-And-Sour Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 medium size red bell peppers, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    salt to taste
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen corn kernels, thawed
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    2 medium size green bell peppers, diced
Preparation
    In a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
    Add red and green peppers, onion, sugar, cayenne pepper and salt.
    Cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in corn and vinegar; heat through.
    Refrigerate to serve cold later.
    Makes about 4 cups.
