Chocolate Nut Torte(Passover) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 lb. walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Mix yolks with sugar in separate bowl and beat until thick and lemon colored.
    Add enough water to cocoa to make a thick paste.
    Add to yolk mixture and blend.
    Add nuts and vanilla.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake in 10-inch spring-form pan 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream if desired.
