Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. each: cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg
3 c. diced peeled apples
1 c. each: raisins, coconut and pecans or black walnuts

Preparation

Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
Add all other ingredients, stirring well.
Bake in greased 10-inch tube pan at 325\u00b0 until a toothpick comes out clean.
Glaze if desired.
