Sour Cream Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8. Holds well in refrigerator.
    This is a super quick dish.
    Not expensive to make.
    Great for any time or anywhere.
