7 Minute Frosting - Never Fail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 egg whites
    5 Tbsp. cold water (measure carefully)
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla or other flavoring
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except flavoring, in a bowl over boiling water or double boiler (bowl works best).
    Beat for 7 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add flavoring.
    Frost cake.
