Country Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 cubed steaks
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    4 c. water
    flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine onion soup mix and water and set aside. Flour, salt and pepper steaks and brown quickly on both sides in small amount of oil. Place into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole and pour soup mix over steaks. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender. Good served with rice or mashed potatoes.
