Bean And Cheese Wrap-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cooked kidney beans
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. chopped tomato
    4 oz. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
    10 small black olives, chopped
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced calorie Italian dressing
    4 (1 oz.) Pita bread
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 400\u00b0.\tCombine all ingredients, except Pita bread,
    and
    mix
    well.
    Split
    open one end of each Pita bread. Divide
    filling
    evenly
    and
    spoon into the open end. Wrap each sandwich tightly in a piece of aluminum foil.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
