Low-Fat Garden Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 garlic cloves
5 walnuts
2 1/2 c. fresh herbs (basil, parsley, cilantro, lemon balm)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. red miso paste (instead of cheese)
1 to 3 Tbsp. tomato paste (instead of oil)
a little walnut or olive oil to your taste or to cover if freezing
Preparation

Add and process ingredients in the order listed.
Add water until desired consistency.
Adjust to taste and spread on sandwiches and pizza.
Add some liquid from cooking pasta and serve with pasta.
