Mendy'S Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 c. Crisco
 
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour, sifted
10 eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
- 
                            Cream Crisco and sugar.
 
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add salt, flour and vanilla.
Fold in drained pineapple.
Bake in greased 10-inch tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
