Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1 egg, beaten
4 c. rhubarb
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. soda
oleo
Preparation

Mix flour, 1 cup
sugar, 1/2 cup oleo and beaten egg all together.
Mix rhubarb and 1 1/4 cups sugar together and put in a buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
Mix water and soda together and sprinkle over rhubarb and sugar mixture.
Dot with oleo, add flour mixture on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
