Swedish Kringler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 to 2 Tbsp. milk or cream (enough to give it frosting consistency)
Preparation
    Heat water and butter to boiling point.
    Remove from heat and add flour immediately, beating with a fork.
    Add 1 egg at a time, mixing well.
    Add flavoring.
    Spread 1st mixture and bake 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
