Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Gradually stir in water. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat and add butter, lemon juice and peel. Serve warm or cool.
