Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    1 can pie filling (any flavor)
Preparation
    Place pie filling in bottom of oblong baking dish, completely covering pan.
    Put dry cake mix on top of pie filling; completely cover with butter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
