Beef Brisket In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Flour to coat brisket
    1 lg. onion, sliced thin
    5 lb.brisket
    1 pkg. onion gravy mix
    1 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
    1 c. Italian Salad Dressing
    2 c. burgundy wine (inexpensive wine)
Preparation
    Salt & Pepper and coat brisket with flour; brown in skillet using cup of Italian Salad Dressing.
    When very, very brown remove from skillet.
    In 9x13-inch baking pan mix the 2 pkgs gravy mix and the 2 cups wine.
    Add brisket; cover with foil and bake at 220\u00b0 for about 4 hours or until very tender.
    If necessary, add more wine. About one hour before brisket is finished cooking, slice large onion in thin slices and place on top of brisket.
    Return to oven and cook the last hour.
