Beef And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. uncooked noodles
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/3 c. onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 pkg. Cheddar American cheese
    1/4 sour cream
Preparation
    Cook noodles, then drain.
    In a large skillet, cook and stir meat, onions and celery until meat is brown and onions are tender. Drain fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce and salt.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat, then simmer 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, sour cream and noodles.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes.
