Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Combine oil and sugar.
Add cinnamon.
Beat eggs and add to mixture.
Add flour and sweet potatoes, then vanilla.
Bake in a greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove.
