Watermelon Basket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large watermelon (12 to 15 lb.)
    1 cantaloupe
    1 pt. basket strawberries
    1/2 c. fresh blueberries
    1/4 lb. seedless green grapes
    1/4 c. clover honey
    fresh mint (optional)
Preparation
    Carve a country basket from a watermelon.
    Place melon with flattest side down.
    With a large knife, cut a 2-inch wide handle halfway through the melon.
    Cut horizontally from each end to handle.
    With melon ball cutter, scoop out insides.
    Halve cantaloupe and make balls.
    Combine fruit and honey in a bowl. Spoon into basket and garnish with fresh mint.
    Edges of basket may be trimmed into points or scallops.
