Matt'S Favorite Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. good cooking chocolate
    2 oz. butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 lb. cream cheese
    8 oz. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    baked crust (8 oz. chocolate cookies and 2 oz. butter)
    4 oz. chocolate
    4 oz. cream
    cocoa powder
Preparation
    Melt together 1 pound chocolate and butter. Cool and
    stir in sour cream. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs slowly and vanilla. Slowly beat in chocolate. Pour into baked crust. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in a water bath. Remove. Cool. Glaze with 4 ounces chocolate and cream, melted together and cooled slightly. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
