Basic Biscuits - cooking recipe

2 c. self-rising flour
2/3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Cut shortening into pastry with blender or fork.
Stir in milk with fork or spoon.
Squeeze off 1 1/2 to 2-inch ball, roll and shape.
Place onto baking pan and bake in a 425\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
