Mini Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 small can tomato sauce
    3 cans flaky biscuits
Preparation
    Brown sausage well, adding onion to sausage when about half done.
    Drain well.
    Mix all other ingredients with sausage and onion.
    Separate each biscuit into 3 pieces and pat into thin rounds on baking sheet.
    Spread biscuit rounds with sausage mixture.
    Freeze on cookie sheet.
    Drop rounds into Ziploc bag when frozen.
    When ready to serve, place desired number on cookie sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 approximately 10 minutes.
