Low-Fat Cheese-Garlic Biscuits(Just Like Red Lobster'S) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. reduced fat biscuit mix
2/3 c. skimmed milk
1/2 c. shredded F/F Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (depending on taste)
Preparation

Mix ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush hot biscuits with mixture of 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 3 tablespoons reduced fat margarine.
Serve warm.
Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
