Crunchy Apple Breakfast Or Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small apple
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 oz. Grape-Nuts
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Core and slice the apple.
    Add water and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or you could microwave 5 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese, vanilla, yogurt and sugar.
    Put on top of baked apple mixture.
    Sprinkle Grape-Nuts and nutmeg on top.
