Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. raw oatmeal
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. minced green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together except for shortening.
    Roll into 2-inch balls and roll in flour.
    Heat shortening and brown meatballs.
    Place in casserole and pour sauce over them.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
