Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut, drained (1 lb. 11 oz.)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Sprinkle over all 1 cup of sugar.
    Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Mix well before serving.
