Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 scant (almost) c. oil
3 c. dried, peeled apples
1 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat well.
Add dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Add apples and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top of batter.
Bake an hour or until brown in 325\u00b0 oven.
