Almond Butter Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Imperial margarine or butter
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 to 2 c. almonds
Preparation
    Cook on high; stir with wooden spoon only to soft crack.
    Add nuts and stir.
    Pour into regular size cookie sheet.
    Pour chocolate chips on top; spread when melted.
