1 (2 lb.) bag frozen, diced hash browns
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onion rings
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
