Mexican Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. enchilada sauce mix
    7 c. tortilla chips (8 oz.)
    1/4 c. sliced black olives
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into 2-quart glass bowl.
    Add onion. Microwave (High), uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is set; stir once.
    Stir to break meat into small pieces; drain.
    Stir in beans, tomato sauce, sauce mix and water.
    Microwave (High), uncovered, 6 to 7 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Stir once. Place chips in 12 x 8-inch glass baking dish; crush slightly. Spoon hot meat mixture evenly onto chips.
    Sprinkle with cheese and olives.
    Microwave (High), uncovered, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Garnish with lettuce and tomato.
    Serves 6 to 8.
