Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 level Tbsp. flour
1 stick margarine
2 eggs, separated (save whites for top of pie)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Melt margarine. Pour in sugar and flour.
Cream good, then add egg yolks and beat good.
Add milk and coconut. Stir good and pour in pie shell.
Cook on bottom rack at 375\u00b0 until done.
