Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can (undiluted) cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes and combine in a large bowl with butter. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Place in
    a buttered 3-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, for one hour at 350\u00b0.
