Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 1/4 cups water
    1 cup oats
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    1- 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Pour hot water over oats- let stand. Cream sugars and shortening. Beat eggs into mixture. sift dry ingredients and add to shortening mixture. Add oats, beat well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in greased, floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.
