Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Whole fryer, cut in parts
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. (1-3/4 oz.) chili seasoning mix
    2 tsp. Accent flavor enhancer
    1 c. Mazola Corn Oil
Preparation
    With fork, beat egg and milk.
    In bowl mix together flour, seasoning mix and Accent.
    Dip chicken in egg; then in flour mixture.
    Heat corn oil in fry pan over medium heat.
    Add chicken and brown on all sides.
    Reduce heat. Cover and cook about 30 minutes or until fork can be inserted with ease.
    Drain.
    Serve hot or cold.
