Dutch Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced bacon, crumbled
3 Tbsp. drippings
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1 1/3 c. water
8 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
Preparation

Fry bacon; drain and crumble.
To the 3 tablespoons of drippings, add celery, onion, salt and flour; cook 5 minutes.
Add sugar, vinegar, pepper and water; bring to a boil and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Pour, layer by layer, over potatoes in casserole.
Add crumbled bacon on top.
Bake for 30 minutes with lid on at 350\u00b0.
