Mom'S Company Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    dash of coarsely ground pepper and dash of garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Spread potatoes in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; drizzle melted butter on potatoes.
    Mix soup, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic together.
    Spread evenly over potatoes.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top and bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 325\u00b0 oven.
