Ground Beef Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground lean beef
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 medium can tomato juice
    1/2 pkg. cut frozen okra
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 carrots, cut in small pieces
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cover and cook meat and mash with potato masher; add all other ingredients that need cooking.
    When tender, add tomatoes and juice the last 30 minutes.
    Good with bread or crackers.
