Chicken Tarragon In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms or canned mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Dip both sides of chicken in margarine; place skin side up in pan. Sprinkle with salt, tarragon and pepper.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
