Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cut up zucchini
1 large onion, chopped
1 large carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 regular size box Stove Top dressing
1 stick margarine or butter
cornflake crumbs
Preparation

Boil zucchini and onions until tender; drain.
Mix with sour cream and soup.
Layer in 9 x 12-inch greased pan or baking dish. Top with dry dressing dotted with margarine, then layer zucchini mixture with more dressing mix on top.
Crushed cornflake crumbs may be sprinkled on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
