Helen'S Leftover Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. cooked pork
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 onion, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 to 2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Julienne pork.
    Add to soy sauce, ginger and mustard.
    Toss and set aside.
    Slice onion.
    Brown pork about 6 minutes.
    Add onion.
    Cook about 2 to 3 more minutes.
    Add pineapple and bring to a boil.
