Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 small can Carnation milk
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 stack Ritz crackers
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. drained, mashed squash
    3/4 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add to cooked and well drained mashed squash. Add remainder of ingredients.
    Mix together.
    Pour in greased casserole dish and top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
