Noodles Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. medium or wide egg noodles
1 stick butter or margarine (butter preferred)
3/4 c. half and half
1 c. parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons parsley
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooked peas (optional)
chopped ham (optional)
Preparation

Cook noodles according to directions and drain.
Meanwhile, heat margarine or butter with half and half in saucepan over low heat, just until the butter is melted.
Stir in all ingredients except noodles.
Heat 5 minutes, do not boil.
Toss sauce with noodles.
Serve immediately.
Serves 4 to 5.
