Delicious Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 16 oz. macaroni noodles
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil noodles al dente (slightly undercooked).
    Melt Velveeta cheese with milk in heavy, nonstick pan.
    Add one cup Cheddar cheese, mixing until all melted.
    Drain noodles well.
    Mix noodles and cheese thoroughly.
    Pour into one or more casseroles (or freezing containers).
    Sprinkle top(s) with remaining Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
