Southern Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 c. raisins
6 ripe bananas, thoroughly mashed

Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, butter and oil.
Sift dry ingredients into wet mixture.
Stir in bananas, raisins and nuts. Beat thoroughly.
Bake in tube (flat Bundt) at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours. Do not preheat oven.
