Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    24 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until very stiff.
    Beat in baking powder and sugar and beat until very stiff.
    Remove from mixer; add vanilla, crushed crackers and nuts.
    Pour into pie pan that has been generously greased with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes and pour whipped cream on.
    Set in refrigerator until served.
