Crowd-Pleasing Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. potatoes (about 16 large), cooked, peeled and sliced
    10 boiled eggs
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. salad dressing
    1 c. light cream
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place potatoes in large bowl.
    Separate eggs; chop whites and put in the bowl, along with the onion.
    Toss gently.
    In another bowl, mash yolks.
    Add dressing, cream, vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt.
    Pour over potatoes; stir to coat.
    Cover and chill.
