Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 beaten egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix together cornstarch, sugar and boiling water and stir well.
    Place over medium heat and boil until it thickens.
    Add butter, egg yolks, salt, lemon juice and grated rind of lemon. Cook three minutes, then pour into a baked shell.
    Cover with meringue and brown.
