Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies (undrained)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 jar picante sauce
Preparation
    Cream all ingredients, except tortillas and picante sauce, until well blended.
    Thinly spread on 12-inch flour tortillas. Roll tortillas and place in refrigerator overnight in sealed container.
    When ready to serve, slice rolled tortillas to desired thickness and serve with picante sauce for dipping.
