Pork Chops On Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
1 1/3 c. uncooked packaged precooked rice
1 c. orange juice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken with rice soup
Preparation

In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place rice in baking dish.
Pour orange juice over rice. Pour chicken soup over all. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
Serves 6.
