Parmesan Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking potatoes
    1 green onion, thinly sliced
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese
    hot milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; lightly grease skins.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour until done.
    Cut thin slices off top of potatoes; scoop out inside and mash.
    Add onion, eggs, 1/3 cup Parmesan, margarine, salt, pepper and enough hot milk to make proper consistency (about 1/4 cup).
    Beat until fluffy.
    Carefully pile mixture into potato shells.
    Brush tops.
