Cabbage-Beet Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pt. shredded cabbage
3 pt. cooked, chopped beets
1 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. horseradish
2 Tbsp. canning salt
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix together vegetables, horseradish and salt.
Heat vinegar and salt; stir until dissolved.
Add to the vegetables and boil 12 minutes.
Pack in hot jars and seal.
